Please download the contract you need (either shipped semen or farm breeding contract), fill it out and fax it to (303)660-9039 along with a copy of your mare's registration papers. Then go to the link for Premier Breeding Services and download either the shipped semen form or the breeding farm services contract. Complete and fax back to Premier Breeding at (303)681-9713. These contracts need to be filled out and all fees paid before mares will be bred or semen shipped. If you can't download these forms please call (303)660-9595 or (303)880-5609 and we will be glad to fax or mail the forms to you.
